Our conference will focus on craft, skill-development, and community building. Get your manuscript polished and submission-ready with how-to sessions, editing and critique, and community building. Thursday - Saturday is for adult and teen writers. Sunday is just for the kids.

How do you write for a documentary?  How do you blend narration and clips from interviews with pictures and sound for maximum effect?  This talk will take you behind the scenes of the filmmaking process and reveal the painstaking process involved in getting it just right.  Award-winning local filmmaker Michael Price will walk you through how he does it, and he'll explain the constraints on the writer, as well as the freedoms offered.
