All sessions are First Come, First Served. Building a schedule does NOT guarantee a spot and is for informational purposes only.
Can hiking help your writing? Absolutely. Writing anything—a novel, memoir, thriller, or picture book—is simply a matter of moving a story forward, scene by scene. If you’re ready to take the first step toward writing your masterpiece, join hiker and writer Kate Klise, author of more than 30 books, on a 50-minute hike. You’ll discuss characters, conflict, setting, and plotting all while plodding through Strang Park. Studies show that creativity is increased by 60% when we’re walking, so let’s get moving!
