Michael Price is a filmmaker and journalist based in Kansas City, although originally from the UK. He studied law at Oxford University and then gained a master's degree in radio from the University of London. He went on to become a producer with the BBC TV national current affairs program "Panorama" before moving with his wife to Kansas City in 2013. His 2016 film "Our Divided City" won a national public TV award, and his 2017 film "Water Rates and Rivers" won a Mid-America EMMY.
